Therefore by getting the motive figuredout, we see people with a NEED TO TAKE ACTION. Beingpushed and pulled with passion in the direction ofsuccess.These three fundamentals are the foundation ofanyone's commitment towards targets. Spend yourattention here, only when there are maturity andeffectiveness at this level, can you begin to look furtherout.18
