uper excitement running in my veins as

Sthe clear sky dawned brightly. I had

everything - done and ready to go, a few

minutes earlier than usual to reach school. Ha,

yes, to reach school, you heard it (here – read it)

right. When things fall in place as per our wish,

school is the only place to preen and enjoy. You

are not yet into the reason for my restlessness

and thrill to be in school. I often realize that when

I am this super excited I tend to forget the rest of

the world I inhabit. After building up this

uproarious anticipation what I say now is going

to be a dampener but who cares, I don't,

ha ha ha.

Any idea what's happening here…. That's called

creating anticipation and curiosity whichever way

it is to draw your attention. I remember one such

teacher during our high school days, who used to

build up so much curiosity to connect it to the

topic. Most of those trailers used to be from our

day to day life experiences. I wish you to be able

to guess the name of the teacher after listening

to this – an all time favourite line – of the teacher.

“ Beginning of the month – king

Middle of the month – middle class man

end of the month - ------ “

This used to be the teacher's way of explaining

how chemicals react and how energy is lost or

gained. Coming back to my original excitement –

dear all, I have an aluminum pills foil digging a

hole in my bag

“ HOLE - empty hole

Not WHOLE - full”

Every line he used to say to enrich our knowledge

in chemistry used to have a line – tagged. Hi Hi

Hi…. Back to my aluminium foil and the reason

why it's giving me exhilaration. To make Practicals

in chemistry lab interesting Hari Gopal sir, used to

make us bring things from home. As far as I

understand, this is to make us feel that chemistry

is not a foreign subject but a part of our life.

I admire his teaching methods, he interacts with

every student in class, draws their attention and

involves them.

The enjoyment we had when we collected rain
