BHPV SCHOOLMEGA REUNION1978-1993 BatchesGratitudedebt of gratitudey journey began in 1983 at theMfootsteps of BHPV Primary Schoolwhere I had my first lessons.Everything that I am today, I owe it to theteachers and teachings at BHPV School. Evenafter 37 years I can still remember the first day Isat in Mrs Praphulla Kumari teacher's class,friends I made that day onwards are my bestfriends to this day. What I have learnt throughhigh school, is what shaped me and led methrough to this day. I am not an exceptional nora talented student by any means, it's just that lifeoffered me different opportunities and I haveapplied the same lessons we learnt, to reach adifferent destination. Without the experiencesoffered at the school, I would have remained atthe same country side where I was born. Instead,I carved a path for myself far away from homeand along the way doing the something goodfor the society in general.Lessons such as "In celebration of being alive" byDr Christian Bernard helped me immensely, toappreciate life's every moment and encouragedto recant my blessings more often. I may notremember the title of every lesson that wastaught but most definitely do remember themorals they conveyed. School life was notalways about the text books and teachings butthe examples our teachers have set for usthrough their actions. Through extracurricularactivities and sports, they helped us develop1993 BatchR. Ravi Kumarinto complete individuals. This list could go on,putting together ten years of lessons learnedand followed by all the experiences in applyingthose lessons, could very well turn this into abook by itself. Intent here is to convey mygratitude to all my teachers and friends whohelped me become what I am today.Better late than never, most of us came togetherto support one another in need and to supportthe under privileged and unprivileged along theway. Hope our collective will , will lead usthrough times under our school banner, doingthe most good.December 201992
