■ World Energy Council. The 22nd World
Energy Congress will take place in Daegu, Korea,
from 13th to 17t October 2013. The world’s largest
energy meeting is organized by the World Energy
Council every three years. 5,000 delegates
including energy ministers, industry CEOs and education/research
institutes will discuss on change
in the energy sector and strategies for the energy
industries and policy initiatives. To host the congress
the Exhibition and Convention Center EXCO
has been extended to 32,000 qm.

■ Globaler Austausch. Der 22. „World Energy Congress“
findet vom 13. bis 17. Oktober 2013 im koreanischen
Daegu statt. Der weltgrößte Energiekongress wird
alle drei Jahre vom Weltenergierat veranstaltet. 5.000 Teilnehmer
darunter Energieminister, Unternehmenschefs der
Energiebranche und Fachleute aus der Industrie, Bildungs-
und Forschungseinrichtungen diskutieren den Wandel im
Bereich Energie sowie Strategien für die Energiebranchen.
Für die Ausrichtung des Kongresses wurde das Messe- und
Kongresszentrum EXCO auf 32.000 qm ausgebaut.
