Gibbs has only been competed<br />
lightly in 2020, partly due to Covid19<br />
restrictions, and partly to allow him to<br />
continue to mature and to concentrate<br />
on his flatwork, with rideability a<br />

He has some fantastic foals on the<br />
ground, and this year was the ONLY<br />
stallion to have two graded GOLD<br />
ELITE and finish in the top 10 of the<br />
show jumping section of the <strong>British</strong><br />
Breeding Futurity, an exceptional<br />

His paces are outstanding, he has a<br />
great canter, an uphill stride, and a<br />
temperament to die for. He’s brave<br />
and careful. He combines his good<br />
looks with great bone, ability, scope,<br />
soundness, type and substance and<br />

A correct and modern stallion<br />
with excellent breeding. He has<br />
a bold and scopey jump with a<br />
phenomenal back end. His paces<br />
are naturally straight and elevated.<br />
His Thoroughbred influence makes<br />
him a fantastic refining stallion for<br />
the heavier mare and a super cross<br />
for event mares. El Thuder showed<br />
his talent from a young age, at his<br />
grading he won the loose jumping<br />
competition and was a finalist in<br />
5,6 and 7 year old classes. He was<br />
selected to represent GB at the world<br />
championships for young horses<br />
at Lanaken. At only 7 he was 3rd<br />
in the Hickstead Speed Derby. He<br />
continued to jump up to GP 1.40m<br />
and was selected for the BS Gold<br />
Programme in 2016.<br />
Since 2018, he has mainly<br />
concentrated on his breeding work<br />
due to his popularity but is still in<br />
work and goes to stallion parades<br />
and county shows. He has fantastic<br />
progeny competing at International<br />
5* level and a wide range of quality<br />
competition horses.<br />
