FRANK iN PaRAdise st, stoKe oN treNtcrafts which, combined with his love of animals,drew him to apprentice to become a Fellow ofthe Worshipful Company of Farriers. A skill hewas thrilled to practise around the Newmarketstables when he lived nearby in Cambridge.He loved the Tylers Green village community,and helped out where he could, only giving updriving for Village Care in his 90s. He and hiswife Mary set up a walking group over 25 yearsago which (as well as keeping fitness levels up)led to many good friendships. The group evenraised money to replace styles with kissinggates, one of which has a dedication to Frankand Mary.Always keeping busy, Frank also loved: hisallotment, the local bowls club and the weeklypainting sessions - and the friendships formedthere.His friends and family all have memories ofhis enthusiasm and appetite for life and how hehelped us.The family are planning a get-together in theVillage Hall in the afternoon of Tuesday 6thJuly (rules permitting) so that friends can sharesome memories of dad.
