STRETCH EXERCISE
This is a self-led, taped program with a volunteer instructor, Kay
Tandeski. Increase your flexibility & add to your energy!

MOVING WITH MIKE
The Complete Workout For Older Adults
This DVD led workout includes a warm up, 20 minute workout
and a 5 minute relaxing stretch exercise cool down. The work
out includes exercises for balance, leg strength, upper body
strength, coordination and posture. Both standing and sitting
options.
Fee: Free

PEDICURES
Service includes: foot assessment, toenail trim and filing edges,
thinning of nails and callus removal if needed. Pedicure performed by
pedicurist, AJ Hinshaw. Appointment only - call Cindy at 252-4884

REFLEXOLOGY
Reflexology is a complementary therapy, which works on your feet to
help heal the whole body. It helps improve circulation, promote better
health and rejuvenate your body and soul.
Fee: $15 for 20
