Our customers are at the centre of
the new online shop. To best meet
their wishes in terms of user-friendliness,
orientation, and range of
functions, we have strongly incorporated
previous customer feedback
into the development. To be able to
put this to the test in advance, we
will carry out a comprehensive pilot
and test phase before Go-Live. Every
day, we at Bürklin Elektronik work on
continuously optimizing and further
developing our online shop, both
functionally and technically, based
on our customer requirements and
needs. Our top priority is to present
a new online shop that satisfies our
customers from day one. This is our
claim, and we are currently working
on it.
As part of a comprehensive marketing
concept, which will accompany
the time before and after Go-Live in
particular, we will inform our customers
and suppliers in good time via
the known channels about when our
new online shop will be launched in
the new design and with the promised
added values.
