Opening Times
Wednesday 9th October – 9.30 – 17.00
Thursday 10th October – 9.30 – 16.00
Admission
Admission to Smart Buildings Show is
free of charge to qualifying visitors.
All visitors must have a visitor badge
to gain entry to the exhibition.
Admission is only open to trade
visitors over the age of 18.
Catering
There are two catering points situated
at the front and back of the hall
offering a range of food, snacks and
beverages.
Emergencies
Please report any emergencies to the
Organisers’ Office.
Lost Property
All lost property is to be handed in to
the Organisers’ Office. Any items not
claimed within 2 days will be
forwarded to the Lost Property Office
at Olympia London.
Messages
The public address system cannot be
used for messages for visitors or
exhibitors except in exceptional
emergencies.
Photography
Visitors are not allowed to
photograph, record or video the stand
or exhibits unless the exhibitors in
question have given their express
permission. Special arrangements
apply to press and stand
photographers.
Sales Office
The Smart Buildings Show 2020 sales
office is situated on stand E10.
Theft
Visitors who have had property stolen
are requested to report such
occurrences immediately to the
Organisers’ Office.
Canvassing
Canvassing for orders of any other
purpose by any unauthorised person
is strictly prohibited. The distribution
or display of printed materials, other
than by exhibitors at their own stand,
is strictly prohibited.
Right of Entry
The Organisers reserve the right to
refuse admission to the Exhibition,
they also reserve the right to expel
any person or persons whose
conduct, in the opinion of the
Organisers, deems such action
necessary.
