ABB’s Electrication Business Area is a
global leader in electrical products
and solutions, operating in more than
100 countries, with over 200
manufacturing sites. Our 50,000+
employees are dedicated to
transforming how people live, connect
and work by delivering safe, smart,
and sustainable electrication
solutions to our customers, across
everything from industry and
buildings to infrastructure and
transportation. Our Smart Building
portfolio helps to achieve ABB’s
Mission to Zero for buildings with its
innovative, integrated solutions from
ABB Cylon and ABB i-bus® KNX. With
their energy-efcient and futureoriented
technology, we want to
ensure that people feel at home in
buildings, have a maximum sense of
security and can work in a sustainably
productive way. From the modern
family home to the exclusive luxury
hotel. Worldwide, from a single source.
Accruent software helps workplace &
asset management organisations unify
their built environments for better
management of people, places, and
resources. What we do? In a nutshell,
the built environment is chaotic, so
Accruent organizes the chaos by
unifying it and providing you with the
intelligence to make those important
decisions. Where to expand, How to
build, When to service/maintain, Who
to notify and What to focus on.
Looking specically at Sustainability,
you can’t change human behaviour
overnight so we remove the
dependency on it and have built our
IoT solution to step in, make changes
and execute pre-dened decisions
when needed. How we do it? Through
a combination of IoT and Advanced
analytics using AI/ML, we are able to
connect directly to your buildings and
assets within, monitor the energy
consumption, track its performance,
predict failures, identify operational
inefciencies so automated workows
can then be created to autonomously
make changes to improve the energy
utilization of your buildings and assets.
System (B-DOS) platform. Kterio
enables building owners to visualize
assets in a single platform. The Kterio
B-DOS platform assimilates all data
from all assets of a building at the
