of the God’s Country service! God is good!
WOMEN’S MINISTRY BRUNCH MEETING
Speaker, Becca Lynn, will be sharing her journey with addiction, recovery and how
God has helped her, Additionally, we will be having a brunch meeting on Saturday,
August 14 at 9:30 a.m., Rt. 8 Campus Please bring a breakfast food that you
would like to share with the group.
THE KINGDOM OF GOD BEGINS WITH CHILDREN
Start children off on the way they should go, and even when they are old they will
not turn from it. Proverbs 22:6 First Church is in need of nursery staff and volunteers
in children’s ministries across the campuses. No experience required, you just need
to love Jesus and children! The harvest is many, the workers are few! Contact Suzie

COMING UP IN CHILDREN’S MINISTRY...
In coordination with back to school, join us in praying for our children on August 22
at Crossfire (9:45) and Downtown (11:15).
PRAYER PEOPLE
On August 28 and 29 at services, you will have the opportunity to choose a
“prayer person.” This “person” represents a particular child who is a part of the
church or someone in leadership at First Church in which you can pray for specifically
in the weeks and months to come.
