The structure of Dunikowski Boulevard naturally leadspeople to the main entrance of the building what makes itthe closure of the promenade.The river tram dock has to be either in a position to meetthe demands made of water transport or serve as apublic place of culture and recreation.The idea for creating the shape of the building was to follow major view axis which end with representative and special buildingor scenery. Four of them chosen were Dunikowski Boulevard, Piasek Island, Ostrów Tumski (the oldest part in the city ofWrocław) and the Library of University of Wrocław.46
