Accuracy enhancement – Is usually achieved by Software Error Correction,<br />
and our in house software generates data from the calibration results for the<br />
compensation schemes used by most types of CNC controllers, from a simple<br />
straight line correction to a full volumetric error map. Usually the error<br />
correction is updated automatically, reducing the timescale and possible human<br />
error..<br />
Reports and Certification – results can be analysed to various international<br />
standards. Reports and UKAS calibration certificates are provided in PDF format<br />
for easy distribution to relevant parties by the customer.<br />
Minimum Downtime – Guaranteed by application of our Automated<br />
Calibration Software and techniques. Typically a 3-axis CNC machine can be<br />
error compensated and calibrated in approximately 7 hours.<br />
