Vision Mechanics<br />

The foundations of Vision Mechanics <strong>res</strong>t<br />

in the creative minds of Symon Macintyre<br />

(Artistic Director) and Kim Bergsagel (Creative<br />

Puppet theatre from England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales<br />

Director). Our projects combine puppetry,<br />

performance, technology and environment.<br />

We aim to engage and encourage a sense<br />

of community and create mythic events that<br />

amaze and inspire.<br />

Big Man Walking is a giant who travelled across<br />

Scotland, thrilling audiences in their thousands.<br />

Mobile promenade performance centred<br />

around an 8-metre-high puppet. Performance is<br />

suited for both day and night. Running time: 1<br />

to 4 hours. Team of 12 (puppeteers, crew and<br />

management) plus 10 local stewards.<br />
