Ali Haydar Kurtdarcan started
to work as Assistant General
Manager at Tepe Construction in
1987 and has served in various
management levels of the
holding companies. Kurtdarcan
is the Chairman of Coordination
Committee and Chief Executive
Officer (CEO) of Bilkent Holding
and also the Deputy Chairman
of the Board of Directors at TAV
Airports.
Orhan KORAL

Orhan Koral graduated from
Department of Civil Engineering
of Istanbul Technical University,
in 1982, and completed his
master's degree at Faculty
of Business Administration
of Istanbul University a year
later. Started working as a Civil
Engineer at Tepe Yapı in 1985,
Orhan Koral has served in
various management positions
in Bilkent Holding companies.
Koral, who continues working
as Bilkent Holding Coordination
Committee Member and Group
President, is the Chairman of
the Board of Directors of Bilintur
Bilkent Tourism, Tepe Home, Tepe
Construction, Tepe Turkmenistan
and Bilkent Real Estate &
Investment.
Levent GÜLER
Member of Coordination Committee
Group President
After graduating from TED
Ankara College in 1985, Levent
Güler completed his master's
degree at the Department of
Civil Engineering of Middle East
Technical University and Faculty
of Business Administration
of İhsan Doğramacı Bilkent
University. Started working
as a Field Engineer at Tepe
Construction in 1989, Levent
Güler has served in various
management levels of the
holding companies. Güler, who
continues working as Bilkent
Holding Coordination Committee
Member and Group President,
is the Chairman of the Board of
Directors of Bilkent Insurance
and Reinsurance Brokerage, Tepe
Defence, Tepe Service and Facility
Management, Tepe Security, BCC
Catering, Tepe Health and Safety,
Tepe Service Card, Adonis and
Limon.
