Tepe Security was awarded
the most reputable brand of the
year which increases the brand
perception of the security industry
in “The One Awards Integrated
Marketing Awards” in 2017.
2017
• Tepe Service Card was incorporated to
operate in the smart card industry.
• Tepe Service & Facility Management
confirmed its position among the sought
out service contractors operating in the
healthcare industry as well as the
institution of preference for the first three
city hospitals in our country. Tepe Service
& Facility Management, which assumed the
project for providing the non-medical
support services of Yozgat, Mersin and
Isparta City Hospitals, already served only
3 thousand people in this field.
• Tepe Prefabricated Construction provided
camp buildings for Douala Stadium in
Cameroon.
• In a radar tender that was offered
abroad, Meteksan Defence was awarded
its first export contract for the Retinar PTR
Perimeter Surveillance Radar, surpassing
its international competitors.
• Avionic Systems developed by Meteksan
Defence were exported to a Far East
country.
• Tepe Security was awarded the most

• Manisa office of Tepe Health and Safety
was opened.
• With the wood-patterned fiber cement
board tepePAN Wood and stone-patterned
fiber cement board tepePAN Stone, which
are started to be produced in the Tepepan
factory, Tepe Betopan diversified its product
range.
• Tepe Real Estate Investment made a 10-
year agreement with Çankaya Municipality
for the renovation, rental and management
services of commercial areas in Ahlatlıbel
Park.
• Located in İncek district of Ankara, Pia Sera
started to be operated by Bilkent Hotel.
2018
• Tepe Betopan commissioned its investment
in a hydraulic press with a force of 7,000
tons, integrated into the tepePAN
production line.
• Sports International Ankara Çankaya Vadi
Branch was put into service.
• Tepe Real Estate Investment undertook the
management and leasing services of 365
AVM, one of the well-established, oldest
shopping centers of Çankaya, Ankara.
• Stores of Tepe Home in İzmir Gaziemir and
İstanbul Skyland HOM Design Center were
opened.
• Turkmenistan Glass Factory, established by
Tepe Construction, successfully started
glass production.
• Kazakhstan branch of Tepe Prefabricated
Construction was established.
• The number of employees of Tepe Service
& Facility Management serving for City
Hospitals reached 4,500.
• In the Fortune 500 ranking, where the main
criteria for assessment was 2017 net sales,
export and profitability rates, Tepe Service
& Facility Management was ranked 18th in
terms of equity profitability and 21st in the
list of companies that have maximized their
profits before interest and tax. Tepe Service
& Facility Management, which was ranked
29th among the companies with the
highest turnover in the same list, was
awarded Turkey's 33rd largest company
with the highest number of employees. Tepe
Service & Facility Management was ranked
62nd among Ankara-based companies.
• According to the data of sikayetvar.com
as of 2018, Tepe Security was awarded the
brand with highest customer satisfaction.
• In the Fortune 500 list announced in 2018,
Tepe Defence was ranked 58th in Ankara,
39th among the most productive
companies, 19th in terms of the number of
employees, and 8th in the business support
services industry.
• Tepe Defence accomplished the Ideathon
and Hackathon projects by leading the way
in its industry with the value it attaches to
innovative ideas and innovation.
• Having already focused on providing the
catering needs of Mersin, Isparta and
Yozgat City Hospitals which were opened in
2017, BCC Catering has this time embarked
on to provide catering services to Europe's
largest hospital, Ankara Bilkent City
Hospital, in 2018.
• In line with the target of growing the
business activities in İstanbul, steps were
taken for the merger of BCC Catering and
Limon Catering.
• Tepe Health and Safety opened its Tekirdağ
and Antalya Offices.
• MİLGEM 3rd Motor Vessel YAKAMOS
Karina-Mounted Sonar System was
completed by Meteksan Defence.
• Acceptance tests of OKIS - Automatic
Landing and Takeoff System, which was
developed by Meteksan Defence, were
completed.
• Radar altimeters exported to the Far East
by Meteksan Defence, Retinar PTR
Perimeter Surveillance Radars developed
within the context of a contract concluded
with an Asian country and Damage
Control Simulator contracted in 2017 with
the Republic of Korea were successfully
delivered.
• Retinar PTR Perimeter Surveillance Radar,
which was developed by Meteksan Defence
for Turkish Land Forces' inventory, provided
protection for the military forces at many
points on the border line. In addition,
Retinar PTR Perimeter Surveillance Radars
were also delivered to the Gendarmerie by
Meteksan Defence.
• Owing to its Retinar PTR, Meteksan Defence
has concluded a contract in order to ensure
the perimeter security of an airport located
in the capital of a European country and
integrated the system within a few months
and realized their acceptance. Also, Müren
Preveze sonar subsystems project contract
was concluded.
• Meteksan Defence accomplished a
significant success in exports and signed
a Contract for the provision of the Damage
Control Simulator for the Navy of a Gulf
Country.
• Meteksan Defence developed its KAPAN
Anti-Drone System and launched it at the
Eurasia Airshow Fair. Meteksan Defence
also completed and launched the C-Band
Data Link System for UAVs.
• Tepe Real Estate Investment completed
the renovation works of Bilkent Center.
An additional area of 16,500 m² was
added to the shopping center allowing for
nearly 20 new stores. With the inclusion
of many leading brands in the project,
Bilkent Center was turned into a functional,
modern, pleasant and comfortable center
of attraction.
2019
• Adonis was acquired into Bilkent Holding
organizational structure.
• Mediterranean Regional Office of Adonis
was established in Antalya and Central
Anatolia Regional Office was established in
Ankara.
• BCC Catering started providing catering
service for Ankara City Hospital, the largest
city hospital in Europe and Turkey.
• BCC Catering released its mobile
application "BCC'deyiz" where the
customers can easily access daily and
monthly menus, communicate their
satisfaction and access the recipes.
• Bilbak completed and delivered Bilkent
University Passive House mixed dormitory
project for 800-person together with its
landscape design.
• Bilbak completed and delivered Bilkent
University 48-flat housing construction
together with its landscape design.
• Bilbak completed and delivered the
renovation constructions of Bilkent
University's main heating center, heating
gallery and local heating centers.
• Renovation of Bilkent Hotel's poolside was
completed. The poolside, which started to
serve with the name “Angelite” was renewed
with a natural design by using wooden
floors and natural-looking stone floors in
the pool. The design of plants in green areas
was completely renewed. The orchestra
and stage area, which was moved to a
fixed location and redesigned by raising,
was integrated with the entire poolside.
The lighting project of the whole space was
renewed in a special way.
• Bilkent CYBERPARK was awarded the
"Europe Top Challenger" and became the
leader of Europe among more than 300
incubation programs from 82 countries in
the "World Incubation Summit" organized
by UBI Global.
• Bilkent CYBERPARK was nominated as the
third most successful Technopark among
all mature technoparks at the 7th
Technology Development Zones Summit
held by the Turkish Ministry of Industry and
Technology in accordance with the 2018
data.
• Meteksan Defence signed the contract for
Pakistan MİLGEM Corvette Sonar System
Project Mounted on the Underwater Hull
and realized its highest volume of exports.
• Meteksan Defence signed the contract for
the Helicopter Obstacle Detection System
(HETS) Project.
• Meteksan Defence signed the contract for
its first electronic warfare project, Portable
Electronic Assault System Project, with the
Presidency of Defense Industry.
• Meteksan Defence successfully delivered
the KEMENT Project.
• Meteksan Defence developed the C-Band
UAV Data Bond which is referred to
as Turkey's first domestic and national
communication UAV system.
• Meteksan Defence accomplished another
export success and concluded a contract in
2019 with an Asian country for the export of
radar altimeters developed for air
platforms.
• Meteksan Defence and Presidency of
Defense Industry concluded an agreement
for the "Helicopter Underwater Egress
Training Facility (DUNKER)" project.
• Retinar PTR-X, developed by Meteksan
Defence as one of the models of the Retinar
Peripheral Surveillance Radars family and
used particularly for the security of critical
facilities, was commissioned in Antalya
Airport.
• Qatar office of Meteksan Defence was
opened.
• Meteksan Defence completed the
development of Retinar FAR-AD Drone
Detection Radar and launched it at IDEF
2019 Fair.
• Sports International Ankara Kuzu Effect
Branch was put into service.
• Tepe Betopan launched its "Betopan Unique
Pro" product, which is colored from pulp,
has a water repellent feature, does not
require paint, and is a self-colored, fiber
cement board in its 35th year.
• Bilkent Center, managed by Tepe Real
Estate Investment, was entitled to receive
4 awards in the International Hermes
Creativity Awards for its “Ankara Coffee
Festival”.
• At the 2019-2020 International Real Estate
Awards, Bilkent Center, managed by Tepe
Real Estate Investment, was awarded the
European Real Estate Award in 2 categories
with its renovation project: "Commercial
Renovation" and "Retail Architecture".
