Center project was launched by Tepe
Construction.
• The construction project of İş Bank
Head Office, the first and tallest smart
building of Turkey, was completed by Tepe
Construction.
• M1 Tepe Adana Shopping Center (Mall)
was opened.
2001
• Ankara Technology Development Zone
(Bilkent CYBERPARK) was incorporated
by Bilkent University.
• Tepe Kitchen was merged with Tepe
Furniture.
• Sports International İstanbul Şişli Branch
was put into service.
• M1 Tepe Kartal Shopping Center (Mall)
was opened.
• Dormitory buildings contracted by the
German Ministry of Defense in
Afghanistan were provided by Tepe
Prefabricated Construction.
• Tepe Betopan launched a new product,
which is developed in its own R&D
facilities, covered with a special mixture
with natural mineral additives, with a
very low relative humidity movement and
has high resistant A2 class fire rating;
that is “BetopanPlus®”.
• Tepe Betopan purchased the cemented
particle board plant in Arhavi.

• Bil Furniture was merged with Tepe

• Tepe Construction built the Kanyon
Project, a modern open-air shopping
center, in İstanbul.
• Tepe Nautilus, which is managed by
Tepe Real Estate Investment, received the
special award "Retail Sun".
• The activities of the Tekirdağ-Muratlı
Cardboard Production Facility, which was
established by Meteksan Printing, came
to an end.
2005
• Tepe Construction took part in the
construction of 277 km long section of
Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan Crude Oil Pipeline
Project between Posof-Erzurum and the
pumping stations available on this line.
• Tepe Construction started the
construction of the İstanbul Maltepe
Narcity Project, built on 147 acres and
comprising of a total of 1,414 residences.
• Tepe Cinemaxx was sold.
• Tepe Prefabricated Construction provided
wet volume containers to various parts of
the world on behalf of the United Nations.
• Tepe Home Store at İzmir Balçova Kipa
Shopping Mall was opened.
2006
• Meteksan Defence was incorporated in
order to develop national, independent
and unique high-tech products and
subsystems for Turkish Armed Forces in
the defense industry.
• Administrative and construction
operations carried out within TAV
organization structure were restructured
under two separate holdings; namely TAV
Airports and TAV Investment.
• M1 Tepe Gaziantep, M1 Tepe Kartal, M1
Tepe Adana and M1 Tepe Konya Shopping
Centers (Mall) were sold.
2007
• Tepe Prefabricated Construction provided
the camp buildings for ENI - SAIPEM in
Aktau, Kazakhstan.
2008
• Tepe Service & Facility Management was
incorporated in order to provide cleaning,
technical operation, garden maintenance,
management, office support and
marketing, installation and maintenance/
repair services of alarm systems.
• Tepe Financial Leasing amended its
commercial title as Ankara Tepe Hotel
Management.
• Tepe Betopan moved the factory located
in Arhavi to Bilkent and gathered its
production at a single point.
• Meteksan Printing opened Beytepe Digital
Printing Facilities.
