Pastelles and More is a family business, run by husband and
wife, Andres and Indira. Their menu is the Latin as its base,
fused with Trini influences incorporating local cuisine.
CHEF Andres has been cooking a fusion cuisine, blending
culinary traditions and creating innovative and interesting
dishes.
The couple brought with them a Latin cuisine, and Andres,
who has a passion for food, became excited and inspired
by the different local cuisines and cultural practices he met
in Trinidad and has adapted traditional Latin foods towards
a Trini palate.
