We are a small business started about 6 years ago by
myself and my husband after I lost my job. My
husband was working full time while I was doing my
degree part time and we both worked in the
business. We grew our business going to different
markets and introducing our samosas and cakes to
customers. It was a lot of hard work but it was so
rewarding because of the support and enthusiasm we
got from customers. My husband eventually left his
job the same year, I finished my degree and we both
worked full-time growing our business.
We started doing regular types of samosas but
eventually came up with our own types. From savory
favourites like the Chilli Garlic Vegetable and Spinach
Mushroom to sweet dessert samosas like the
Chocolate Creme, the Chai Latte or the Sorrel Jelly.
We now have over 16 types samosas all unique to our
brand.
