The D. Roberto <strong>Traditional</strong> Restaurant has<br />
been in Gimonde since 1935. The cured<br />
sausages and smoked meats from the<br />
Trás-os-Montes region are featured in the<br />
menus at this restaurant run by the D.<br />
Roberto family.<br />
In a traditional Trás-os-Montes house, the<br />
decorative theme is hunting, smoked<br />
sausages and ancient local artefacts. Over<br />
time, it has been successively renovated and<br />
modified. Today, its layout makes it a regional<br />
benchmark and one of the few certified<br />
traditional restaurants.<br />
The D. Roberto restaurant has a menu<br />
featuring a wide variety of delicacies typical<br />
of Trás-os-Montes. Some of our dishes have<br />
already won several national awards.<br />
The restaurant has 4 distinct spaces. Two<br />
rooms, a tavern, where you can snack and<br />
taste various regional delicacies, and a shop<br />
selling regional products from Trás-os-<br />
