Fine & Country Midrand has won an award in the African
Property Awards, open to residential and commercial property
professionals from around the globe. An International Property
Award is a world-renowned mark of excellence.
Director Elizabeth McKenzie says, “It is with great pride and

leveraged off over the years. Bringing this into our submission
was loads of fun, in collaboration with our highly skilled South

> Lemon and Lime gains
international recognition
Fine & Country’s home staging partner, Lemon and Lime,
has been awarded two prestigious international awards.
The Lemon and Lime team won the award for the best Home
Staging Transformation Project in 2021 at the International
Home Staging Awards for their staging of a property called
Hardwick Lodge. The founder of the company, Elaine
Penhaul, said: “We are thrilled to have won such a prestigious
international award. The team identified the value home
staging would bring to the property and made the most of
the opportunity by transforming the conservatory into a
drawing room, providing an additional reception room with
entertaining space. The new conservatory really added
a wow factor to the home and enhanced its appeal to
potential buyers.”
Having previously been on the market for more than three
years, the home was unoccupied and gained little interest.
Following Lemon and Lime’s transformation, the property
attracted an offer above the asking price within
10 days of being listed by Fine and Country.
