GWEC and Costa Rica Energy Agencies Join Forces to Create
Pathway for Offshore Wind Development

Energy Council (GWEC) to advance
the construction of knowledge and
experiences on the local benefits of
offshore wind energy, as well as
explore ways for its future
development and growth in Costa

Workshop technology-based companies (EBT) and
business models in the CEMIE-Ocean Project
The Student Committee of CEMIE-
Ocean and POES organized a
workshop focused on the creation of
Technology-Based Companies (EBT),
business models and technology
transfer on October 12 to 14 of this
year.
Its objective was to provide tools
for the creation of EBTs related to
the lines of the CEMIE-Ocean
project that manage to produce
goods and services of high added
value, give continuity to the
projects and encourage the
entrepreneurship of the attendees.
