POES-RIBEMAR Collaboration
The marine energy student group in Costa Rica, headed by Ambassador M. Sc.
Manuel Corrales, met to discuss joint and bilateral collaboration with the support
of Biol. Graciela Rivera representative of POES.
Dr. Rodrigo Rojas of RIBEMAR has guided and motivated the Costa Rican
academic sector to advance after the same goal, to strengthen the knowledge of
renewable marine energies in that country. The meeting was attended by Marco
Mena, Karen Arias and Melissa Piedra, who are students in areas of knowledge of
architecture, sociology and mechanical engineering, respectively.
