• Foreigners who shall work in the context of the Law numbered
2527 correponding that the Foreigners from Turkish descendent can
fulfill their profession and arts freely in Turkey and can be worked
in private enterprizes shall take the permit from the Ministry of
Internal Affairs,
• Foreign nationals who are the citizens of the countries which
do not have the Social Security Contract with Turkey shall ask for
written requisitions for long term insurance branches and the
short term insurance branches are
applied compulsory without the
need of requisition. Foreigners who
are nationals of the countries under
bilateral social security contract of
statutory effect shall be undergone
all the branches of insurance without
looking for any written requisition.
• Refugees who resident permanently
shall be applied the procedures in the
same way with Turkish citizens about
the social insurance legislation.
• Foreign nationals are enabled
to be insured by BAĞ-KUR as of
04.10.2000.
