In part as a result of COVID, the need
for home office has increased. This
has led to a decrease in the need for
public office space and demand for
businesses to downsize the space they
were using up to this point. Project
Ne-O focuses on re-purposing SoDo,
Seattle area with downsizing in mind,
but with a design that preserves the
essence of the existing building and
offers a fresh experience for its visitors.
