An extended period simulation analysis was completed todetermine tank levels at the time of maximum demand (and minimum pressures). Lowestsystem pressures were observed around 5 am and corresponded to tank levels ofapproximately 21-24 feet. During this time, one area on the border of the Main PressureZone and Medium Pressure Zone experienced pressures slightly below 40 psi. Failure tocorrect these low pressures and the conditions that create them could result in DEQenforced restrictions on development in the main (or lower) pressure zone.
