2022 METRO JACKSONWomen of IMPACTThe American Heart Association, Metro Jackson is proud to celebratethe inaugural class of Woman of Impact, a complement to theMetro Jackson Go Red for Women movement. Over the past fewmonths, AHA received nominations for a select group of localwomen to be recognized for their passion and drive in buildingstronger communities. The areas of impact were limitless –from healthcare to philanthropy, from business to faith.If they “lead with heart,” they were eligible for nomination.Women of Impact are changemakers, dedicated to making alasting impact on the health of the Metro Jackson community;women who lead by example, improving the well-being of thosearound them. By joining the Go Red for Women movement as aWoman of Impact, each honoree has assembled their own teamof volunteers, set a fundraising goal, and made a meaningful impacton the health and wellbeing of the Metro Jackson community.The 2022 Class has set a goal to raise a minimum of $50,000for the Metro Jackson Go Red for Women movement! Theirfundraising campaigns kick off on “National Wear Red Day”Friday, February 4th and will conclude on “World Heart Day”Thursday, April 7th.
