The cutlery manufactory Due Cigni
("Two Swans"), hailing from Maniago
in Northern Italy, has been handcrafting
high quality kitchen knives, with passion,
for more than 120 years. Several years
ago, the tradition-steeped Italian knife
manufactory Due Cigni was acquired
by the well-known Fox Knives Group,
which is also located in Maniago. Fox
leverages its experience and contacts
from the sports and outdoor knife
