What is Bullying?
Aggressive behaviors that an individual or group performs in a repetitive manner towards
individuals who are unable to defend themselves are called bullying. We see them under many
headings: cyber, psychological, verbal, physical...
People who resort to bullying behave this way largely because of the inadequacy they feel for
themselves.
Why?
There is often a mistrust or a lack of understanding in people who are bullied. So they deal with
people who seem different to them.
There may be a deeper reason behind bullying: there may be problems in the home lives of bullies,
they may have been forced themselves, or there may be other psychological problems they are
struggling with, and thus they may have taken on a bad psychology.
