• Hike natural trails at Grass River Natural Area
• Learn to ski at Shanty Creek Resorts
• Swim in Torch Lake, Lake Bellaire or Intermediate Lake and
Wetzel Lake or Sand Lake in Mancelona
• Go fishing at Craven Pond or Johnson's Pond
• Bike along the walking path or the family loop at Glacial Hills
• Search for Petoskey stones at Barnes Park on Lake Michigan
• Shoot some hoops at one of our local parks
• Learn to golf at one of Shanty Creek’s Junior Learn-to-Golf programs

• Pick cherries or apples at our local orchards
