Your occasional reminder: In the course of December 2019 whilst Saul Altal DOB 8 12 1982 was residing in Hastings having contact with both sisters: During Christmas Eve 2019 Saul Turner was arrested by Hastings Police charged with serious crimes, detained into police custody at Hastings police station until attending Hastings Magistrate's Court and sent to Lewis Prison on remand to the local courts - The introduction of the Care Act means from April 2015 local authorities in England are responsible for assessments and meeting eligible care and support for prison inmates located in their area this legislation sets out the strategic intent and joint commitment of HMP Lewis and East Sussex County Council to work together to ensure people in prison receive the appropriate social care support ,and it's in this instance HMP Lewis informed Hastings Council the prison believed SaulTurner DOB 8 12 1983 had care and support needs, whereby, needing Adult Social Care to undertake an assessment. A assessor and other relevant "professionals" with Saul Turner prepared a care and support plan setting out Saul's needs to be met: For the purpose of the Care Act all adults in prison will be treated as if they are a resident in the local authority area for as long as they reside at that establishment. Therefore, when Saul was transferred to a new prison in another area responsibility for Saul's care and support plan would have been transferred to the new area- The three providers of Health and Social Care @ HMP Lewis are Practice Plus Group (PPG) is the main service provider contracted via HNSE commissioner's, responsible for primary care clinics, including GP and Health Care Screening, Substance Misuse, Mental Health, Pharmacy and Crisis Response Services, East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust are in partnership with PPG providers and Better Healthcare Services are contracted via East Sussex County Council Adult Social Care. We are now witnessing members from the top of Hastings Council up to their necks in crime and corruption which is only the tip of the iceberg.
