Violations of Law.

Gemma Marcham who produced this Section 7 Welfare Report was not a registered SOCIAL WORKER- The Section 7 Welfare Report enabled Hastings County Council Children's Services to change the structure of the case to their own advantage. The Section 7 Welfare Report is not private or confidential this report alone demonstrates rampant corruption and the serious breakdown in Child Protection and the Rule of Law here in the UK made evident by the fact my granddaughter had already been removed from the mother with her CONSENT by a Judge in a Court of Law during 2010, it's also important to repeat- I was not under any legal obligation or otherwise to Hastings County Council Children's Services/Protection Team their advice was purely due to the mothers appalling circumstances regarding her dear son.. The mother who is a sexual predator who operated in plain sight and was protected by people who shared the culpability which the mother recognised and understood the pressure Children's Services were under trying to keep this illegal situation from being revealed- Once again Hastings County Council Children's Services turning a blind eye to ongoing abuse of all kinds empowering the mother placing her above the law which enabled the mother to more or less get away with anything creating an imbalance of power- Disenpowering Hastings Children's Services resulting in them becoming mere spectator's of the abuse, just going through the motions of being seen to take action by following basic protocols to cover the departments legal obligations is the reason why this dear boy was kept in a cycle of inhumane abuse of all kinds and the reason why my 3 year old granddaughter was placed back into the same cycle of horror abuse as her brother to be abused on a daily basis, so much so this little girl suffered a mental and physical breakdown. Could an organisation calling itself Children's Services, Child Protection be anything other than the purest evil?
