You Can't Deny The Evidence.
The CF4 document produced was clearly a edited highlight of a much larger situation demonstrated by the fact only 4 pages out of 31 were submitted as evidence. Hastings County Council Children's Services were involved with the family prior to the dates printed on the report,which leads to the question of where is the rest of the documented evidence surrounding the family. The CF4 records that on 5/5/09 the family were not engaging with the CIN plan and the school was looking at prosecution - in 2009 Kay Waters and her Child Protection Team were once again investigating the family due to the school finding inappropriate photographs of my granddaughter on the mothers mobile phone the school and the police were going to prosecute the mother, but for some strange reason changed their minds. If the CIN plan wasn't working that naturally presupposes that it was introduced at a date prior to 5/5/09 therefore proving my concerns about the ABUSE having been happening for a longer period of time to be accurate - To note: The interim that is referred to was regarding the first child (different father) who was not party to the Court Proceedings The Court ORDERED Hastings County Council Children's Services to investigate draw file and bring EVIDENCE on the mother regarding the SERIOUS situation with her son and for that evidence to be presented in Court. Therefore nothing to do with my full residency order or my granddaughter.
