Sexual Predators..

By gaining full residency of my granddaughter and making her life secure and with Judge Guinan ordering section 37 of the Children's Act 1989 which empowered the court to give directions to Hastings County Council Children's Services to conduct investigations into the circumstances of the first child (different father) who wasn't party to the Court Proceedings and for that evidence to be presented in court. Judge Guinan also had child protection concerns and ORDERED the recurrence of child protective services in with the mother to safeguard her son from further acts of child abuse of all kinds, therefore: Hastings County Council Children's Services should have placed this dear child on a care plan which would have detailed their plans for his future, such as placement also long term proposals this would of been overseen by Matt Dunkley FORMER Director of East Sussex Children's Services, should have taken a crucial role in ensuring collaboration and dialogue with the family courts so that high-quality local authority assessments and other evidence contributed to an effective and timely court processes. Matt Dunkley would of worked closely with other key members to include: Sylvia Tidy lead member of East Sussex Children's Services, Liz Rugg assistant director of East Sussex Children's Services, Douglas Sinclair head of Local Safeguarding Board Chair, Kay Waters FORMER practice manager of East Sussex Children's Services, Bill Bentley Health and Well- Being Chair, Councillor Keith Glazer and Trevor Web, also East Sussex FORMER chief of police Martin Richards to name but a few, who would have also worked closely with the Local Family Justice Board informing and drawing on the childs joint strategic needs assessment - However, due to the power of the people involved in the abuse of both children this never happened for this dear child, and therefore I think I'm accurate in saying that the child's joint strategic needs assessment didn't happen for many other children/families in the South East Coast region.
