Scott Appleby and Kerry Appleby Payne, the dynamic<br />
brother-sister duo, grew up in La Jolla and spent<br />
much of their youth playing competitive junior tennis.<br />
Scott’s initial career was in finance and Kerry’s in hotel<br />
and property management prior to joining forces<br />
to sell luxury residential real estate. Growing up in<br />
a competitive tennis family, real estate sales was a<br />
natural fit for the Applebys and their leadership skills<br />
have proved invaluable in client communications and<br />
negotiations. Andrew Appleby, Scott’s son, has now<br />
affiliated with the successful third generation family<br />
business with a marketing focus on La Jolla, Del Mar,<br />
Rancho Santa Fe and North County Coastal.<br />
The Applebys are grateful to be long time San<br />
Diego residents and proudly support the community<br />
through a variety of charitable organizations.<br />
