LET’S TAKE A WALK WITH ABRAHAM, PART 6<br />

THIS WEEKEND’S SCRIPTURE: GENESIS 18:16-33<br />

We’ll talk about Abraham <strong>and</strong> the three visitors, focusing on the intercession<br />

Abraham makes for Sodom. The power of one person of faith to<br />

impact the future of a city; the difference the presence of people of faith<br />

actually make in a community without even knowing it.<br />

Downtown Campus in Wesley Hall. These regular meetings are open for all<br />

members <strong>and</strong> regular participants in the life of First Church to connect with the<br />

planning <strong>and</strong> leadership work of the Board. If you’re planning to attend, please<br />

The bell choir has openings for dependable teens <strong>and</strong> adults who read music.<br />

Rehearsals are Thursdays 6 - 7 pm in Wesley Hall, Downtown Campus. Contact<br />

WHAT IS “FC GATHERING”?<br />

FC Gathering is a mid-week event that will be held at the Downtown Campus beginning<br />

on Wednesday, October 12. Everyone is invited! During our time together<br />

we will share a meal <strong>and</strong> fellowship, <strong>and</strong> then move on to small groups. Everything<br />

is in the planning stages, <strong>and</strong> we will be sharing more with you soon!<br />
