Executive Team<br />
Our executive team is accountable for upholding our SPIRIT values and<br />
leading the business to achieve its vision of becoming the next significant<br />
producer of dysprosium and terbium outside of China. Our executive<br />
team has seen a partial changing of the guard over the last 12-18 months.<br />
Mark Tory<br />
Chief Executive Officer<br />
In July <strong>2020</strong> Mark Tory was appointed to the role<br />
of Chief Executive Officer for Northern Minerals.<br />
Mark has been a long-serving employee of Northern<br />
Minerals, previously holding the position of CFO and<br />
Company Secretary over an eight-year period. Mark<br />
has played an integral role in establishing Browns<br />
Range as a significant heavy rare earth producer and<br />
has shown great leadership in the CEO role over the<br />
last 12 months during a tough and uncertain period.<br />
Robin Jones<br />
Chief Operating Officer<br />
Robin Jones joined the Company in June 2012 and was<br />
charged with turning Browns Range from a concept<br />
into reality. Under Robin’s leadership, the Pilot Plant<br />
Project has been constructed and is now operational.<br />
Robin is now leading Browns Range through to the<br />
next phase of our growth.<br />
Simon Pooley<br />
General Manager Geology<br />
In April 2021, Simon Pooley commenced as<br />
General Manager Geology after our long serving<br />
Exploration Manager, Robin Wilson tendered his<br />
resignation. Simon has more than 30 years of local<br />
and international experience encompassing roles in<br />
the corporate, exploration, mine development and<br />
operations areas. Simon brings with him a high level of<br />
technical knowledge along with strong leadership and<br />
management experience.<br />
Hayley Patton<br />
HR Manager<br />
Hayley Patton joined the Company in early 2019 and has<br />
more than 15 years’ experience in senior leadership and<br />
management roles withing the mining and resource sector<br />
and other industries. Hayley has a strong background in<br />
strategic, value driven HR practices.<br />
