Welcome to SacAnime Winter 2023. We’ve got a great convention in store for you. Fantastic guests, the return of Cafe 

Hoshi and the Saturday Night Dance and much more. Although it is not required to show proof of vaccination or a 

negative test, if you are not vaccinated, please get tested before attending any large gathering. If you are not feeling 

well, please don’t attend (you can use your unused tickets for the next SacAnime). Although it is not required, please 

wear a mask when you are indoors and around large groups of people in close proximity to each other.

The SacAnime Cosplay Masquerade is one of the most popular

Continuing the Plus Ultra weekend theme with our second 

annual Sugar Free event which is a Kpop & EDM party with live 

mixing from DJs Peter Lo and Jinrei.

A panel for people looking to start their own school sponsored 

anime club or people currently running an Anime Club and 

looking for some tips. I started the Anime Club at Sonoma State 

University in Spring of 2020 and since then have gained a lot 

of experience running events both on-campus and online during 

the pandemic. In this panel I’ll go over my story of starting the 

club from scratch, ideas that I had a lot of success with, as well 

as roadblocks I ran into and ways you can get around them.

While K-pop is hugely popular today, the seeds of its eventual 

popularity were planted over a decade ago. During the mid to 

late 2000s was known as K-pop’s 2nd generation, one of K-pop’s 

most beloved eras. This era debuted some of K-pop’s most iconic 

acts, singers would set the stage for K-pop’s eventual explosion 

in the 3rd and now 4th generations.

CANTERLOT HIGH’S WONDERCOLT GAMES 

Canterlot Highschool’s very own Wondercolts have a battle 

between different student clubs! This will include games, trivia, 

and tests. Although this is an annual game for Canterlot, this 

was the first year after technically beating Crystal Prep and their 

Shadowbolts. This means more trouble, and some unsuspecting 

competition showing up.

up close with the best talent in the industry. 

Autographs 

All of our guests will be selling their autographs at their own 

individual booths, cash and card accepted. Autographs usually come 

with a photo/picture of the guest or character the guest protrays. You may 

bring your own item if you wish, but it is up to each individual guest on 

whether or not they will sign it, depending on the content. All of 

the money collected goes directly to the guests. SacAnime does not 

set autograph pricing or receive money from autograph sales. 

VIP Autograph Lines 

SacAnime VIPs will have their own autograph lines. 

Guest of Honor and Cosplayer Photo Ops 

Have your photo taken with our Guests of Honor and printed while you wait!
