REFURBISHMENT NEEDED
A 30,200-square-meter hotel on the Imeretinskaya embankment in Sochi,
built for the 2014 Winter Olympics, with more than 500 rooms. It was the
first hotel to be built in the greenfield. In a few years a number of highclass
hotels and resorts appeared around, and this building started to lose
competition. The owners felt that a refurbishment was needed together with
restructuring of all the hotel’s logistics
