NEW LIFE FOR THE RIVER
The riverbed has been reinforced and the relief
corrected, consistent with the sustainability
approach. The old river bed was cleaned and
straightened by removing about 70 tonnes of
debris. It is now filled with clean water, its level is
monitored by hydraulic structures
EXTENSIVE RESEARCH
The design was preceded by extensive research
and analysis to optimize pedestrian and transport
connections, the zoning system, as well as possible
scenarios for the future development of the area
