DiSC assessment.
This challenged or stretched me:
Knowing better about the leadership,
and have met so many brilliant leaders
to hear their stories and learn from their
experiences.
I have put this insight/concept into practice:
The insight concept I have put into practice is attracting
and developing talent.

My biggest “aha” or impact moment:
Understanding how to apply the DISC
assessment.
This challenged or stretched me:
Being vulnerable and bringing my all during
the breakout rooms or when presenting.
I have put this insight/concept into practice:
I use DISC Assessments constantly when communicating with my
team and colleagues to better understand where I am and where they
are. It’s lead to me gaining a lot of patience and empathy for better
communication.
