DISC Assessment was my biggest eye
opener. It brought my style to perspective.

Presenting my leader brand and speaking
about myself.

Continue to flex my style and provide positive reinforcement to all of my
associates.

My biggest “aha” or impact moment:
Listening to market presidents’ leader brand
presentations. I had expected an account
of professional activities. I was pleasantly
surprised to hear all the presentations lean
heavily on communicating how personal
lives impacted their professional brand
statement.
This challenged or stretched me:
EL stretched me to open up and share personal feelings a bit more.
I have put this insight/concept into practice:
Reading people through the lens of DISC to learn personality types. It helps
with communication / presentation skills.
