You Asked, We Delivered - We are pleased to have been able to help when asked by the Darlington family to request that the club allow young fans 14+ to attend events such as the End of Season Dinner. The question was put to CEO Neil Hart at our recent AGM and he was more than happy to agree to this. Previously, these events had been for over 18s only and we had always thought it was a real shame that our young fans aren’t able to take part in these fantastic celebratory events. Well now they can and we look forward to these special occasions becoming much more of a family affair. Trust Family Season Ticket - It has been such a great pleasure in the last couple of seasons to have seen new fans attend games at the University of Bolton Stadium and get a taste of what it means to sit in the stands and watch Bolton Wanderers in action. The latest recipients of the Family Ticket, courtesy of Bernstein’s Kitchens, are the Halliwell family and they certainly saw a cracker of a game with a 5-0 win over MK Dons! Getting more new young people to attend games and become life-long fans is a big ambition of the Supporters’ Trust and hopefully this emphatic win and fantastic performance will have done the trick. You never forget your first game and this one will have certainly made an impression and will live long in the memory. Mum Kathryn said: “First game ever and we all loved it. 5-0! Thanks to the Supporters’ Trust!” A big thank you to our great friend, the Legend that is Jack Dearden - It was an emotional night as we marked Jack’s 25 years covering Bolton Wanderers for BBC Radio Manchester with a presentation at our recent AGM. Jack’s support for the Trust has been fantastic from the very first meeting back in 2016 when we had a full house in the Premier Suite following which 6000 signed up for the Supporters’ Trust. He has hosted every event since and we are so very grateful for all he has done to assist us over the years.
