Zuudee also provides a processing method for the
titanium connecting sealing ring, which mainly
includes the steps of preparing sponge titanium,
vacuum melting titanium ingots, forging and
opening, heating and forging, heat treatment, and
machining. The measured tensile strength of the
invention is 565MPa, the yield strength is
460MPa, the elongation is 25.2%, and the section
shrinkage is 44%, which significantly improves the
technical performance. It can reliably meet the
needs of deep-sea pressures and oil and gas
transport pressures at depths of 1000m to 3000m
or deeper. It can also improve the service life and
mining efficiency of drilling and production
equipment and avoid corrosion, damage, and oil
leakage pollution to the marine environment.
Zuudee provides a titanium connecting sealing ring for
deep-sea petroleum drilling and production
equipment. The sealing ring includes a circular ringshaped
body with a central hole on its circumferential
surface. Along the circumferential direction of the
outer surface of the ring body, there are circular convex
platforms, flat platforms, inclined end faces, and flat
end faces. The inner circumferential surface can be
processed with threads according to user requirements
to connect oil pipes or other equipment.
