FACT (Field Assembled Cable Termination) is a
special technology for underwater cable
terminations. Field assembled cable terminations
are widely used in subsea oil and gas exploration
and subsea monitoring networks. The structures at
both ends are in an independent sealed and
insulated state, and one side of the partition
section can also be directly installed on a sealed air
pressure-resistant cabin or a sealed cabin filled with
insulating oil. The partition section adopts a
modular design to ensure that it can adapt to
different cable structures and conductor core
counts.

Zuudee BYD's FACT product is specially designed for
the flying wires in subsea oil exploitation. Generally,
one end is connected to the subsea oil-filled flying
wires, and the other end is connected to a solid
cable or a subsea distribution compartment.
Common specifications include 4-core electrical
conductors, 7-core electrical conductors, and 4-core
optical fibers.
Regular FACT titanium components are assembled
and tested at our factory. It can be quickly
assembled and packaged on site, which significantly
reduces the dependence on the outside world and
saves time.
If necessary, zuudee can send Staff on site.
Our company has developed two FACT technologies,
one is disposable FACT, which is suitable for
permanent sealing, and the other is repackable and
sealed FACT, which can destroy its original sealing
structure for maintenance or specific tasks.
Customers can choose according to their actual
situation.
