Withthe increasing number of businesses and startupsoperating in African cities, there is a need for officespaces that provide more than just a desk andchair, but also greater flexibility, fewer contractualobligations, and access to amenities or services thatwould otherwise require a (potentially prohibitivecapital outlay).Employees want the convenience and flexibilitythey can get from working at home, yet our DNArequires the collaboration and sense of communitythat comes from the traditional office space.
