The Hills Prospect wine team have worked extremely hard in sourcing and
tasting a veritable plethora of amazing new wines from around the world
and you can find them all in our second edition of The Champagne and
Wine Collection.
The world has changed since our first edition and in particular, our
drinking habits. To reflect that, our choice of natural, organic and
biodynamic wines have increased as well as our non-alcoholic options.
Don’t worry, we still have a large and varied offering of the old favourites;
traditional, classic and commercial, with plenty of new additions in all those
categories. To choose some favourites has been quite hard. However, as
an absolute Champagne lover, our new Louis Regnier range is definitely
worth a try. Reveleste Albariño is my go to weekend refreshment when
the sun is shining, as well as Domaine Terrebonne Rosè for sipping with
my BBQ! For a red, I am still enjoying Señorial Rioja Reserva, delicious!

We have also focused on sustainability which we at HP feel is an
important factor in selecting any of our product ranges, and we carry that
through to our own company practices. This publication, as an example is
printed on 100% post-consumer waste pulp, recycled paper.
