Ticket purchase and handling process (full service by credit card)<br />
Cancellation of a group<br />
— Please kindly provide us with your credit card details for incorporation within<br />
our reservation system.<br />
— Upon making a group reservation, our system will create your group ticket (eTicket)<br />
— 10 days before the trip you will receive the group ticket by e-mail together with<br />
the details of the specific seating that has been reserved.<br />
— Your tour guide is no longer required to go to the ticket counter before the train’s<br />
departure. This saves time.<br />
— On the train, the tour guide must show two documents:<br />
a ) Group ticket (e-ticket).<br />
b ) Group reservation confirmation.<br />
— Invoices for eTickets together with the reservation fees will be issued monthly,<br />
post-departure. These are sent by email.<br />

— Tickets and seat reservations are then issued before departure at the train station.<br />

We offer private charter trains for meetings, events,<br />
special occasions, corporate travel, product launches<br />
or conventions.<br />
Customized<br />
We can customise a charter train based on the size of your group and your group’s<br />
individual needs (the recommended minimum number of passengers is 80). You<br />
and your guests can sit back, relax and travel in comfort whilst watching the beautiful<br />
Swiss countryside go by.<br />

Each Charter Train is a unique experience and as such is priced on a case-by-<br />
case basis. Variables include the type of train, season and onboard services (including<br />
