How does it work?
It is a very simple and easy process. All you need to do is
decide on your gift amount and add the following words in
your will:

CHARITY of Lancaster House, Amy Johnson Way, Blackpool,
Lancashire, FY4 2RP - registered charity number 1149794
the sum of [specify words and figures] free of tax for it’s
general charitable purposes and I declare that the receipt of
the Legacy Administration Manager or other proper officer at
The Swallows Charity for the time being shall be a sufficient
discharge to my executor(s).
