Just outside of Twizel, on the fringes<br />
of the Mt Cook National Park lies the<br />
exquisite Lake Pukaki with its turquoise<br />
waters. The main route south meanders<br />

the iconic view of Mt Cook across the<br />

a popular pitstop for those travelling<br />
between Christchurch and Queenstown.<br />

world. While King Salmon is a premium<br />
salmon species kiwis are spoilt with,<br />
Freshwater King Salmon has a unique<br />
